MITSOM-Digital Marketing Workshop

MIT Group of Institutions initiated the revolutionary spread of technical education in Maharashtra facilitating quality education to a knowledge deprived society which was then depended on a very few Government Engineering Institutions. Maharashtra Institute of Technology, the flagship institute of MIT Group of institutions was established in the year 1983, under the trust called MAEER acronym for “Maharashtra Academy of Engineering and Educational Research, Pune”.

Challenges

The institutes cover all the areas of marketing which are quite useful to marketing but they are not often been re-contextualized for the fast-moving world of digital marketing.Young professionals have a better chance of being placed in one of the digitally forward thinking companies by learning the core concepts of digital marketing

Solution

Training material was distributed through google group,for the students future reference Planned the presentation material along with marketing theory & explained them from layman’s context, To show the live account of the clients for better understanding of the topics.

Results

48 Students had registered for the workshop.We received an outstanding rating of 8.6/10 for the workshop conducted.

25% implemented DM in their companies

60% Working as Freelancers

20% Joined the DM industry
