Business Development Executive

Job Description:

  • 100% SALES TARGET oriented job require 90% time on the field (client side). Developing sales goals for and business growth and ensuring they are met. (Achieve monthly SALES TARGETS)
  • To make cold-calls daily, follow up on leads & enquiries, 80% outbound lead generation, handling and closer to ensure SALES
  • Identifying new SALES LEADS – Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media & Google) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings – Need to generate BUSINESS (SALES) for website-marketing services.
  • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing to drive monthly SALES.
  • Developing quotes, proposals, negotiation, order finalization & closing deals – Preparing PowerPoint presentations and SALES
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in digital space. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers & ensure cross SALE or UPSELLING Skills
  • SALES oriented nature and ability to generate new customers favouring the company’s growth.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Good command on English (both written and verbal). Strong communication and IT fluency.
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines, creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems.
  • Enthusiastic and confident communicator with a great phone personality and active listening skills.
  • Need to be self-motivated and consistently perform at a high level.
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital marketing industry and its current events.
  • Skill in prioritising and triaging obligations & attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Must Qualification:

  • Min 2 years Sales Experience in IT Selling or Digital Agency & Good with numbers and targets
  • MBA in Marketing from reputed Institute, for post graduate Min 4 year experience in field sales.
  • Must have good Geographic and Demographic understanding of the location
  • Need to be self-motivated and consistently perform at a high level
  • Immediate Joiner, (can be join within 15 days)
  • Must have own vehicle except Mumbai location

Job Location: Pune, Mumbai, Thane & Aurangabad
