    Challenges:

    • To redesign and develop the existing website which will allow it to function and respond to multiple devices.
    • To use expert UI/UX tools to increase online visibility through SEO research, incorporating the targeted keywords in the website content and spread the word regarding the excellent work being carried out by Dr Shrikhande.
    • Infertility is still considered to be a taboo subject in India, therefore the website design and content had been designed intelligently in order to avoid negative publicity and reach out to potential patients.
    • The website aimed to be the primary source of information or patients and must target national as well as international patients.
    • Creating an efficient online portal which will allow patients to easily book an appointment online and find all the relevant information regarding infertility and IVF treatments.

    Solutions:

    • Shrikhande Hospital and Research Centre were offering various technologically advanced treatments for infertility which most of their patients were unaware of. Therefore we came up with a detailed website development plan which highlighted their unique treatments and also provided easy access to all the information for their patients.
    • A new page was created to promote the new branch of Urogynecology and reach out to people who might be suffering from urogynecological problems.
    • We created a compelling UI design which would allow the user to interact with the website.
    • We created individual web pages for each service, which provided detailed information about the diagnosis and treatment methods. We also created and individual about us page which described the excellent work conducted by our client and their team of expert doctors.

    • The newly revamped website received 5,000 visitors in less than 4 months of operations.
    • The traffic objective for the initial campaign period (from Oct’16 to Dec’16) exceeded by over 127%.
