Each home is a reflection of the resident’s personality and they strive to provide homes that are comfortable, practical and contemporary. They were in need of a strong online presence as they did not have any existing profiles on social media platforms. Challenges:
- Creating social media profiles from scratch on Facebook, Instagram YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Each platform has a different requirement and set of rules therefore we had to come up with a unique profile which adhered to each of these platforms and helped our client stand apart from the crowd.
- Due to their lack of social media presence, the online audience were not able to recognise and engage with their brand.
- Interior designing is an extremely competitive market and it was up to us to come up with attractive, engaging posts to increase brand reputation and visibility.
Solutions:
- We came up with a two-fold solution- one was to analyse the social media trends and target potential customers and generate leads. The second was to re-market and reach out to users who had previously visited our client’s website and encourage them to follow their social media pages.
- We had to create profiles from scratch and colour co-ordinate the images and designed based on each digital platform’s background and characteristics.
- Our social media strategy included a detailed social media calendar which consisted of a variety of posts based on brand marketing, special days and general posts.
- We perfectly amalgamated creative images, photos from the client’s various assignments and projects with curiosity driven, informative content.
Results:
- The brand saw a 20% increase in recognition and online visibility.
- We managed to generate 50 followers on Instagram in less than a month.
- Their Facebook page saw a tremendous rise of 650 followers in under a few weeks.
- The interaction level increased amongst the client and the target audience as the audience began to enquire about their services by commenting on their posts or sending them private enquiries on messenger.
